Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a continuously evolving martial art, however; it has developed over time from earlier martial arts in Japan. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is heavily used in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competitions and is also fun, exciting, and great for both fitness and self-defense.
